Patrick M. Topp, RN, MHSA
Executive Director
Patrick has been an RN since 1991, to augment his BS in Exercise and Sport Sciences from the University of Florida. He entered into the home health industry in March of 1994 working in the Orlando, Florida market until February of 1999. At that point Patrick relocated to Milwaukee, WI where he remained in the home health space until relocating back to Florida in November of 2021 to lead Interim HealthCare of the West Pal m Beach. Patrick has held positions from a field case manager, Business development, Regional Clinical/Operational Director, Executive Director and CEO of home health care agencies. Patrick resides in Port St. Lucie, FL which is close to his hometown of Vero Beach, FL. His philosophy for operating a team in the home health space is based on providing excellent clinical care, phenomenal customer service and exceptional clinical outcomes that is based on our patient and client needs.

Janine Juckett
Branch Director and VP of Clinical Services
Janine L. Juckett, RN has served as the Branch Director and VP of Clinical Services of Interim Health Care of the Treasure Coast for 8 years. Her career started as a hospital floor nurse and progressed to Director of PCU, to Administrative Supervisor, Risk Management and Director of Inpatient Clinical Services. She was involved in the start-up of the Trauma Center, Cardiac Cath Lab and Open Heart Surgical Services in addition to the billing audit department. She then directed and oversaw Tenet's staffing agencies located throughout Florida. During this time, Janine was asked to perform the start-up process and oversee the initial development of home health agencies for Tenet. These were for Medicare Certified and Private Care licensure. Finding her niche in Home Health, she has held various positions from field nurse to Case Manager to DCHS to Administrator and to Branch Director. She received her Nursing Degree from Palm Beach State College with business studies from Florida Atlantic University and a BA from Barry University.

Alan Hill
Transition Care Manager
Alan has been in the healthcare industry since 1990 in San Diego. He moved to Florida in 2000 and began outside medical sales, home healthcare, respiratory and DME. He was office manager for Nursefinders home health and staffing as well as a nurse recruiter in the travel nurse industry. He enjoys his career with Interim HealthCare because of the people he works with as well as being able to help those who need to be helped.

Linda Mednick
Manager of Private Care Services
Linda has 30 years of diverse experience in healthcare and customer service roles. She has a background in nursing, pharmaceutical sales, and office operations management. She has worked with Interim HealthCare for over a year now in marketing and as a Registered Nurse. She loves her job, her team and helping people. She feels it is her greatest gift to give back to people in need.
